A doula is a person who can offer emotional and practical support to the woman (or couple) before, during and after the baby is born. A doula believes in mothering the mother, encouraging her, stimulating her and supporting her.

Doulas are loving, caring, someone who listens to you and who you can trust.

More than doing, the doula is. A doula will be there for both mother and father; a sensitive and intuitive person, who is able to feel compassion for future parents and provide ongoing emotional and practical support.

Basic package:

3 prenatal meetings

on-call period: from the 38th week until your baby is born
present during labor and birth
present for a few hours after birth to support breastfeeding
1 post-natal visit
unlimited calls, message exchanges and emails (even after birth)
