Rosana, a mother of two young children, is inspired by finding ways to provide self-care through movement and body awareness that fit into her routine and home, combining the desire to care for herself with a lack of time.

Goura Avatara
Goura Avatara is a practitioner of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and a Hatha yoga teacher.
He has training in Hatha yoga and a specialization in yoga for pregnant women. His focus is on the practice of asanas connected with the breath (pranayama).
